
Homemade Cheesy Hamburger Helper
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp dijon
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tstp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cups macaroni
- 3 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- 1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. When the meat is fully cooked, drain the grease.
- 2. Reduce heat to low and to the meat add ketchup, mustard Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, all seasonings, macaroni, and broth. Stir well to combine.
- 3. Simmer for 15 minutes until macaroni is cooked through.
- 4. Remove skillet from heat and stir in sour cream.
- 5. Return pan to the burner and stir in cheese
Tips/Notes:
– Add as much cheese as you like!
