Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder and pepper. Place the chicken in the slow cooker
Mix a bottle of Frank's hot sauce and melted butter. Pour over the chicken and make sure it is evenly coated.
Cook the chicken in the slow cooker for about 4 hours on low or 2 hours on high. (Cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts).
About an hour before the chicken is done, bake the sweet potatoes. Use a fork to pierce the sweet potatoes all over, then place them on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending upon the size of your sweet potatoes, and until they are tender.
Once the chicken has finished cooking, use two forks to shred the chicken. Leave the chicken in the buffalo sauce.
Split open the sweet potatoes, top with the crockpot buffalo chicken, and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Enjoy!
Tips/Notes:
Optional toppings: Parsley, green onions, sour cream, or cheese.
